Using The Taste Website
We've designed the Taste website to ensure you have a rich, engaging and informative browsing experience. To help you get the most out of your visit, the following information will help you understand how the site operates.

 

 

Can I pruchase on the Taste site?

We've now opened our stores in Sydney (conveniently located in Concord, Willoughby and Brookvale). While they're settling in to deliver great products and services to our customers, we've also launched our site to let you browse what we have available.

We'll be turning on the ability to purchase directly from this site very soon, with shipping throughout Australia.

Category View

You can begin browsing products by selecting a category from the main navigation, or through the Brands page or by undertaking a search.

When in these pages, select either List View or Grid View from the icons to the right of the category filter to view the products in either a 3-column grid or a single list.

Resource Centre

The Resource Centre provides information on many of the questions you may have before you buy a product. If you want to know more about cooking materials, mattresses, linen or even how to get a good nights sleep, we've prepared many articles to assist.

Design Centre

Our Design Centre is were you can find information on the kitchens we design and install into your home. You can get information on our manufacturers, environmental details and use our Kitchen Configurator to look at the many options that may suit your situation.

Our web site is designed for use with the latest versions of Internet Explorer (at least version 7 for Windows), Firefox (at least version 3 for Windows or Mac) and Safari (at least version 5 for Mac or Windows). If you currently use older versions of these browsers or choose to use another browser, you may experience technical difficulties with some pages of our web site. You must also have both JavaScript and cookies enabled in your browser's preferences.

Updating your browser is free of charge. Download the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.

JavaScript and Security Settings

For the best interactive experience, our site makes extensive use of JavaScript. Your browser's preferences must have JavaScript enabled for our site to work properly. If you use Internet Explorer and you have changed the security settings up to the highest levels, this will also disable JavaScript and cause the site not to function as it should.

2. Click the "Security" Tab
3. Select the "Trusted Sites" zone

6. Click "Close"
7. Set the Security Level Slider to "Medium" or lower for your Trusted Sites
8. Click "OK"
9. Refresh the page

2. Click the "Content" Tab
3. Select the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox (make sure the box is checked)
4. Click "OK"
5. Refresh the page

Safari 5:

1. Select "Preferences" from the "Safari" menu on Mac or the "Edit" menu on Windows
2. Click the "Security" Tab
3. Select the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox (make sure the box is checked)
4. Click "OK"
5. Refresh the page

Taste uses cookies to help us keep track of the items you have viewed and, when purchasing is available, products in your order as you shop on our site and place them into your shopping bag or wish list. Cookies will need to be enabled to order from our site.
